We want you to feel beautiful in your V. Chapman pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that a restocking fee applies to all returns to ensure the care and quality of our delicate garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security ribbons remain intact and undamaged.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
